This is one of our Hand forged Spatulas/ Flippers. They are excellent for BBQ or Cast iron cooking. These are built to last a lifetime and can handle any job where a large, solid spatula is desired. The Spatula's head is roughly 4.5x6" and is made of solid plate steel. The blade is tapered down to provide a nice surface that can slide under whatever is being cooked. The total length is 16-18". this model features a decorative twisted, curled, and flattened handle. This is mild steel that has been seasoned, and should be hand washed and thoroughly dried after use. It may be beneficial to add a light coat of mineral oil before storing it for a long time if surface rust becomes apparent.
