These hand forged meat skewers are a welcome addition to any bbq or grill enthusiasts utensil collection. They total around 15" long and are made of solid 1/4" steel. They're made to be useful and durable. They should be treated like any carbon steel or cast iron utensil and washed by hand only and dried thoroughly after use. They may need to be seasoned occasionally or coated with a light coat of mineral oil or any cooking oil before storing. These skewers come in sets of 2 when purchased ($14 each)
