This is one of our Hand forged Spatulas/ Flippers. They are excellent for BBQ or Cast iron cooking. These are built to last a lifetime and can handle any job where a large, solid spatula is desired. The Spatula's head is roughly 4.5x6" and is made of solid plate steel. The blade is tapered down to provide a nice surface that can slide under whatever is being cooked. The total length is 16-18". this model features a decorative ram's head and incised twist in the middle of the handle. This is mild steel that has been seasoned, and should be hand washed and thoroughly dried after use. It may be beneficial to add a light coat of mineral oil before storing it for a long time if surface rust becomes apparent.
